What is a Security Deposit and when do I pay it?

Security Deposit Indemnity Insurance will be added to your final invoice at £2.85 per person payable with your balance.  This covers accidental damage to the property or contents up to the value of £100.  Please note this does not cover excess cleaning, telephone calls or other incidental charges you may incur or wilful or malicious damage.  It is payable with your balance 10 weeks before departure.
